Setup Email on your Computer & Mobile Devices

You can set up your email on your computer through an email client like Microsoft Outlook, and on your mobile phone, through your preferred mail client like Apple Mail or Gmail. Depending on if you have a Standard or Buisness Class email account, you can decide how you want to connect to your email.

The most basic way is setting up email only through IMAP and SMTP. This is a foolproof way to ensure email is on all your devices. You can also use this way to set up a scanner, or other device as well. This this available to Standard and Business Class email accounts.

If you have our Business Class email, you can not only sync your email to your device, but also your contacts, calendar, and task list through ActiveSync!

Connect by ActiveSync (only for Business Class mailboxes):

This connection type can be used by Business Class email accounts, and is reccomended for setting up email clients, such as Outlook, and email apps on your mobile devices that work with ActiveSync. With ActiveSync, your mailbox, calendar, contacts, and task list is all synced to your device and kept up-to-date.
