Email Icons Explained for Admins

Within your Client Portal, you can manage alot of different features for the email accounts your business has. This guide will help describe what each icon is for and what it can do.

User Control Panel- auto login

Within the User Control Panel you can manage different aspects of the email account. Many of the aspects of the email account you can manage within the User Control Panel, you can also manage within the Webmail.

Email Account Login

You can automatically login to the webmail for the email account by pressing this button.

Disable Account

You can disable the email account by clicking this button.

Edit Email Account

Edit the email account including the name, password, account type, and quota.

Delete Account

Delete your email account by clicking this button. If you delete the email account, it will delete all emails in the account. Once the account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
